The apartment is located in the turret of a Residence with 12 units accessed via an electric gate that leads to the private garage for one car.
Access is via the small garden furnished with a large dining table protected by an umbrella and from here you can access the apartment and the panoramic roof terrace.

The apartment welcomes guests in a spacious and bright living area furnished with a living zone overlooking the small terrace with lake views and a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with an induction hob and featuring a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking for all guests.

The comfortable living room includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a contemporary dining area and is equipped with air conditioning.

The sleeping area is located on the lower floor and is accessible via an internal staircase from the living room. It comprises two spacious double bedrooms, both furnished with large wardrobes and bedside tables. The apartment offers two modern bathrooms with a large shower and in one of the bathrooms we have a washing machine.
